How can I cancel or change my order?

Call Customer Service immediately to make changes to your order,  800-955-0868, Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM EST. Unfortunately, once production on your specific basket has started, it could be very difficult to change or cancel your order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped. Your final invoiced amount will be the total of the quoted piece price times the quantity shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within two weeks of order acceptance.  Order acceptance occurs on the first business day after your order is placed(confirmed), you will receive an email for each event. Please note, every order is made-to-order and your actual ship date may vary based on order backlogs. How can I verify that my online order was placed?

An Order Confirmation email will be sent immediately upon checkout and payment ensuring your order was received by our system. Will my basket purchase be covered under any warranties?

We guarantee your satisfaction with our materials and workmanship for the reasonable life of our products. If you are not satisfied with the construction or performance of your wire mesh basket, please call us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund of your purchase price (at our discretion).

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Since, each basket is made-to-order based on your custom specifications (size, mesh, material, handle, etc.), baskets can not be returned, except for manufacturing defects. Please check your order carefully before processing.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders ship via UPS Ground from York, PA.  Baskets are packaged securely in appropriate cardboard cartons to protect during transit. If you require expedited shipping or an alternate carrier, please call us.

Is Shipping and Handling FREE?

Yes. All orders ship for FREE within the Continental United States. Orders must be processed and paid for through our AnySizeBasket website to receive FREE shipping.

How can I verify when my order has shipped?
